This wonderful timber frame
cotage was built in South Kingstown, Rhode Island. This home is located on Potter
Pond next to Snug Harbor area. |

was built in Tiverton, RI area on Nonquit Pond that feeds into Mount Hope
Bay, Rhode Island

Our barn to home conversion is
another specialty of ours which is rewarding, saving
another barn from disappearing from our landscape. |

One of our finest timber frame
homes is built on hurricane resistant wooden pilings. This was the first of its kind,
but something
required for waterfront property in Rhode Island. |

This timber frame home is made
of native Red Oak timbers. Some beams are up to 12" thick and 30' long.
Longer beam are often scarfed into another beam which is often found on
rafter plates and roof purlins. |

This barn was relocated from
Ontario, Canada to Little Compton, Rhode Island area. Old barns are
appealing due to their beautiful aged hand hewn timbers. |
